IS ONE ON ONE HR COACHING AVAILABLE?

We do provide more in-depth or one on one HR coaching for clients that are laying the HR foundation for the the first time, need an HR Department re-design, have severe gaps in their existing HR infrastructure, or are lacking the HR Management competency in-house. We recommend filling out a Contact Us form so we could start the conversations needed to determine if we are a good fit to help you. This also provides us with time to gain a clear understanding of your business model, practices and your overall human resources needs.

If we mutually decide you will benefit from more intensive level of HR coaching, we’ll discuss what that looks like in terms of duration, expectations, responsibilities, results and cost.

If we mutually decide that we are not the best fit to support you, we will discuss alternative solutions, including other HR service providers that may be more suited to your needs.​
